Description:

Aspire Global - a public traded online gaming company is looking for an exceptional HR Manager to lead the development and implementation of the HR strategy in Aspire Global Israel site and will be part of the global HR team.
The HR Manager will manage and operate the services, policies, and programs and will be responsible for all HR duties in Israel and will be reporting to the Head of HR and Operations- based in Malta.

Responsibilities:

* Employee training and development: Supporting professional and individual development plans and long-*  * term Human Resource planning
* Provide coaching to Team leaders and mid management - offering feedback and advice on employee and organizational issues
* Create Interpersonal communication/relationship with employees (acclimation interviews, departure interviews, periodical interviews, surveys and group conversations)
* Recruiting and staffing – End to End recruitment process for wide range of positions – also develop new recruiting channels
* Employee lifecycle - Onboarding to offboarding, labor relations, employee orientation
* Retention programs and policies
* Welfare yearly plan, compensation and benefits
* Writing and executing the yearly HR budget
* Ongoing and close work relation with the company's Global HR teams

Requirements:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required
  • At least 4 years' experience in Human Resources Management (including recruitment, compensations, labor relations, training, welfare and other areas of professional human resources management)
  • Experience from an international hi tech/mobile/internet company- a must!
  • Mother tongue level English
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, recommend solutions, and evaluate outcome
  • Ability and knowledge to establish and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to work in an environment of constant change and stress
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism, assertiveness, independence, dynamism, initiative
