Penguin Strategies is a leading inbound digital marketing agency. We are based in Ra’anana and have a remote team in the US. We help B2B technology, enterprise software, and hardware companies increase their brand awareness.
We are looking for an energetic, enterprising Office Administrator with a good head for numbers to join our team, reporting mainly to the CFO but also helping other C-Level executives with various admin tasks.
Your Finance activities will include mainly invoicing and collecting; communication with our external bookkeeping team, communicating daily with our clients. Communication with vendors: payments, agreements etc. You will also be responsible for monitoring daily bank transactions, as well as managing the company’s cash flow. Monitoring of proper documentation in the company’s bookkeeping systems.
In terms of Office Admin you will be responsible for tracking and ordering office supplies and placing orders when necessary. Processing and tracking IT queries with our IT vendors and ordering IT equipment when needed. Finally, you will provide ad hoc support around the office as needed.
This is a 60% part-time position, leading to full-time if necessary. Open to remote and office based work.
Proven experience as an office administrator, with finance responsibilities is a MUST.
Previous experience in performing bank payments.
Previous experience in Adjustments of banks, suppliers, clients and credit cards.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Hebrew and excellent English – a MUST
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) & Google Suite – a MUST
Good problem-solving skills results oriented.
Previous experience with Priority system - an advantage
Good attention to details and understanding of priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently.
Certified book-keeper (type 1-2) - an advantage
