MEDIA CRUSH is a leading Immigration Services Company, providing a wide range of registration services for immigration to Canada, and is RCIC Licensed.We are hiring a Mother Tongue English speaking Customer Support and Legal Support agents.
Main duties:
- To maintain constant contact with customers around the world by phone, email and instant message applications.
- To collect, review and classify documents from customers, making sure the documents meet the needed requirements.
- To summarize immigration cases, preparing them to be sent to the immigration authorities.
Requirements:
- Availability to start working immediately;- Availability to work in shifts;
- High level of English;
- Ability to work independently and as part of team in a high-paced environment and to meet deadlines;
- Close attention to details;
