Qualifications: University degree in Computer Science or Engineering
At least 3 years relevant work experience
Fluent in English
Good analytic ability and problem-solving capabilities
Outgoing personality with a customer focus and right attitude to serve the customer, deriving from a proven and qualified experience in technical account management and continuous side-by-side work with clients.
Project work (installation, integration and testing).
Recommend/advise customer regarding releases and migrations
Planned NW changes/expansions.
Collect customer inventory and statistics.
Writing technical ation
A thorough understanding of the following technologies:
Linux (Debien/Red Hat) operating systems
IP network design and operation
Preferred additional qualifications: Streaming technologies, such as RTSP, HTTP, HLS, DASH, MSS.
Understanding of media codecs, formats, transport and container protocols, such as MPEG-2, H.264/AVC, AAC, AC3, MP4, TS, etc
Scripting languages, such as Python
Database technologies, such as MySQL
Able to manipulate network traces such Wireshark and/or TCP dump.
Experience with production deployments of SaaS using Google Cloud/AWS/Azure
