Twenty-six-year-old Yonatan Lupu, who has a bachelor’s degree in computer science, found his job at Broad Digital Software Industries through the Jobnet site.
He began working at Broad Digital six months ago as a programmer on the development staff of the projects division.

Before moving to Broad Digital he spent a year at Comverse.
“Comverse was a hothouse, but at a certain stage I decided I didn’t want to go forward and specialize,” says Yonatan. “I was a programmer at Comverse, too, but I wanted to focus on programming and developing and there I didn’t have the option to do that, so I decided to start looking for another job."
“The job-search process lasted just two days…I sent out my resume after doing a job search on the Jobnet site and two days later I got a call from Merav, the company’s recruiting director.

Within ten days Yonatan had already signed a contract with Broad Digital Software Industries and was on the job a short time later.
“I’m working on a number of projects as a .net developer. From a professional standpoint it’s very interesting and challenging. The technology and the know-how are both at a very high level. I really enjoy working here. At a small company people rely on you much more. You’re given a lot more responsibility and opportunities. At a large company you’re just a little cog in the works. Here you can have a much bigger impact.”
Founded 13 years ago, Broad Digital Software Technologies is a software house with a staff of 30 software development professionals and specializes in billing and information systems. The company is active on three planes: projects, which deals with tailoring technological solutions for the client, the company’s product line, which includes the lap-desk system, a report generator, a billing system and a healthcare fund management system, and the recruiting division, which is responsible for bringing in high-caliber professionals in the fields of software and systems, both for internal projects and external clients.
“My absorption into the company was quick and smooth,” recalls Yonatan. “The people here are really nice. Everyone is friends with everyone else. Within one week’s time I was involved in the technology and various projects, and I was socially integrated, too."
“I’m very happy with the situation. At first I was a bit wary because I was unfamiliar with the company. Looking back I think I made a very wise decision. Broad Digital is giving me an opportunity to grow and develop. This is an excellent company and I really like it here.”
