are a growing Startup company (Xioma Automotive) located in Ra'anana, in the field of Automotive Retailers, and we are looking for talented experienced developers. Currently work in a hybrid work model giving employees the flexibility to work from home a few days a week.
What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?
Daily scrum, Tech lead backend and frontend engineers through the development of infrastructure and features for our cloud based automotive cloud solution. Manage the daily scrum meetings, define the work plans, be part of defining the solution architecture and back the developers with their daily work.
We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and technically proficient leader to join our team. The ideal
candidate will possess a strong track record of technical leadership and collaboration, and demonstrate the following qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Act as Scrum Master, with recent hands-on experience in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React and Node.js.
• AWS services, microservices, Docker, and related technologies.
• Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Lead and collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating technical leadership and strong teamwork.
• Design and develop efficient database models.
Preferred Skills:
• Proficient with AWS technologies and services, including hands-on experience with CloudFormation, DocumentDB, EC2, ECS, and S3
• Experience with .Net / .Net Core / SQL technologie
