Customer Support Representative is responsible for:
Providing support and monitoring / control services for global Vendors
Creating and analyzing daily reports
Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at same time.
Provide Assistances to the Customer operation specialists
High level English - a necessity
Great Service and Technical orientation
B.A /B.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering or Logistics – an advantage
Background in Technical Service Centers – an advantage
Strong Excel skills – an advantage
Strong communication skills, excellent team work
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
